The survey being used by Alhaji Buari Alade Oloto in the supreme court of 1975 is now declared invalid by surveyor general of Lagos state as the head of the Onitire royal family on the so called Itire,Aguda,Ijesha,Surulere,and part of Amuwo Odofin,Okota and Isolo land covered by the fake survey tendered by the Onitire family since 1942 to claim by fraudulent means on the land that belongs to the family of late madam Efunroye Tinubu on the same survey that was genuinely tendered by Herbert Macaulay tendered as exhibit A in the suit no 124 of 1912 This is the confirmation of illegality and fraudulent transactions on the land that belongs to late madam Efunroye Tinubu by the head of the Onitire royal family since 1942 SUPREME COURT JUDGEMENT IN SUIT NO 151/74 REGISTERED AS NO 37/37/2233 OF THE ONITIRE FAMILY The said judgment being paraded by Alhaji Buari Alade Oloto as the head of the Onitire royal family since 1942 presentation of the fake survey tendered by the same former onitire chiftaincy family now Onitire royal family is now declared invalid by surveyor general of Lagos state .
